FOR HONOR BAND DIRECTORS
A couple things if you can help:
1. Remind your Honor Band students of the first Honor Band
rehearsal on Sunday, Jan. 5th , Starting at 2:30 – 4:45 at Cardinal O’Hara
HS
2. Many have not mailed in their membership fee and medical
form – Deadline was Dec. 23. Still not too late but….
3. Many have not gone on line to sign up for Kimmel rehearsal bus
list- all instructions were in the folder.
4. Honor Band 8th grade scholarship essay is due (deadline)
Jan. 15 – form is in their music folder.
5. They must bring music stand and pencil to all
rehearsals.
6. The flutes and alto saxes are to bring refreshments for
1st rehearsal – info was also in their folder PLEASE go to our web
page – www.aemusic.org– and make sure their name, school, etc.… are
CORRECT! IF not correct, email me.
7. We also need directors to ride the Kimmel Buses for
rehearsal. PLEASE go onto our web page – KIMMEL – and submit
which bus you can ride
Remind students that
they can hear the songs from our web page as mp3 or u tube links.
